At Montlake, he scaled assets under management from $3 million to over $10 billion prior to its private equity-backed sale and merger that formed the Waystone Group.

Formerly CEO of Mont Lake and Global Chief Growth Officer at Waystone, Cyril brings two decades of asset management experience, specialising in scaling financial services firms.

Gerard has spent 20+ years as a leader in commercial, risk and compliance functions across enterprise, medium and small sized companies.

Sam's diverse experience includes execution trading in a Hong Kong-based hedge fund and managing portfolios for HNWIs and corporates at Cantor Fitzgerald, Dublin. Heading the UK office, Sam leads distribution and fundraising efforts at Seeker Capital, leveraging his expertise to identify early-stage transformative opportunities.

With over four decades in global financial markets, Ben began his career in equity derivatives at Société Générale and Merrill Lynch, where he helped develop Société Générale’s Fund of Hedge Funds business. At Man Group, he was part of the steering group that led the firm into environmental finance before founding Earth Capital Partners, a pioneer in sustainable investing. Over his career, he has raised several billion dollars across diverse projects, products and funds.
